HISTORY
Gicherstampa was founded in 1977 by Vittorio Ginevri Cherri and Maura Donzelli, a small printing house in the hilly area of Fermo, in the heart of the Marche region, a few kilometers away from the sea and at the center of the thriving local agriculture.
With great passion, in the ’80s the company embarked on an important path, based on brilliant intuitions and constant innovations: the essential principle of “just in time” efficiency is inherently permeated by the long artisan and agricultural tradition of the territory in which the company keeps its roots and which has always been a source of great pride.
The complementary souls of the couple – one commercial and the other more technical – since 1981 have brought the company into the thriving market of continuous stationery and allowed the small printing house of the origins to become a leading company in the market of central-southern Italy.
In the 2000’s internet growth severely tested the success achieved until then and forced the family – faced with a huge loss of turnover – to deeply change the company strategy and direct all the know-how and skills acquired towards the self-adhesive labels sector.
The entrepreneurship has been rewarded and Gicherstampa managed, once again, to cement its position in the new market.
